Bamboo flooring comes in 3 and 6 foot lengths.  You can get these with or without the common bamboo nodes that are visible in the grain of the bamboo floor.  They can be installed just like any other hardwood floor.  It can be glued down, nailed down, or floated.  You should always have yours installed by a professional.

Maintaining your bamboo floor is just like maintaining any hardwood floor.  Keep it free of dust and debris.  Be sure to clean up any liquids spilled on it right away.  Also protect your bamboo floor from scratches that your furniture can leave on it.  Lastly, always use a cleaning product that is safe for such material.
